สมาธิยิ่งฝึกยิ่งได้ประโยชน์

มันคงเป็นสิ่งที่คู่กับตัวไปแล้ว การฝึกสมาธิ ตื่นเช้ามาก็นั่งสมาธิสักครึ่งชั่วโมง ก่อนนอนสักครึ่งชั่วโมง แค่นี้ก็รับรู้ได้ว่า ตัวเองมีการเปลี่ยนแปลงไปในทางที่ดี สมาธิในการทำงานดีขึ้น จิตใจดีขึ้น เย็นขึ้น

การฝึกก็ฝึกแนวอานาปานสติ รู้ลมหายใจเข้าออก เข้าก็รู้ ออกก็รู้ เผลอคิดเมื่อรู้ก็ดึงกลับมา รู้รูปรู้นาม ตามลมหายใจเข้า....... ออก...........  ขนาดเราฝึกได้แค่นี้ยังมีประโยชน์กับตัวเองเลย

ถ้าเราฝึกได้ไกลกว่านี้ คงมีประโยชน์กับร่างกายและจิตใจเรามากยิ่งขึ้น ต้องลองฝึกต่อไปเรื่อย ๆ ....

สมาธิ ฝึกอย่างไรให้ไปในทิศทางที่ถูกต้อง

การฝึกสมาธิ ถ้าได้ฝึกกับอาจารย์ผู้รู้ที่แท้จริง เราก็จะไปในทิศทางที่ถูกต้อง การที่จะเลือกสำนัก หรือเลือกอาจารย์จึงเป็นสิ่งสำคัญ สำหรับผมฝึกสายอานาปนสติ หรือ สติปัฏฐาน 4 ฝึกมานานพอสมควรยังไปไม่ถึงไหนเลย ฝึกบ้างหยุดบ้าง แต่ก็ยอมรับว่าได้ประโยชน์จากมันไม่มากก็น้อยทีเดียวครับ
